Brand Policies - Inspection Before Receiving

1.The customer has the right to inspect the product before receiving it to ensure the quality and that it matches the description and photos.

2.If there is any issue (manufacturing defect, wrong color, wrong size), the customer may refuse the order immediately with no extra fees.

4. Products must be returned in their original condition if refused (unused, undamaged, with all packaging included).
